We are currently looking for an individual to take over the existing international business development project, make it grow significantly, and establish transparent and efficient business processes.

Since we are still in the start-up phase, the most correct responsibilities’ description would be “just jump in and do all you can”.  Nevertheless, here are some formal points: 

  • Each quarter you will: visit international events, present novelties, hold strategic meetings with business partners, and look for new selling opportunities. 
  • Each month you will be drafting reports and forecasts. 
  • Each week you will: talk to our team to synchronize vision and actions, supervise manufacturing in China and international logistics, provide data for the accounting, legal, and other departments/outsourced service providers. 
  • Every day you will be proactively working towards closing new deals in sales/distribution/licensing. And supervising the execution of the current projects.
  • Always: review and develop existing business processes. 
  • This position implies constant growth, thus the ability to timely hire and effectively manage a team is, well, crucial.

  • Fluency in English is a must. 
  • We do understand that absolutely relevant experience may not be on the market yet, but we still want some. It is up to you to prove to us that your skillset corresponds to our goals.  We see the most value in sales and product/project management background. Understanding of marketing and international logistics would be necessary as well. Exposure to both offline and online channels is valuable. 
  • While general expertise in the international board game market is a plus, passion for the product is essential. 
  • Solid understanding of international culture if communication (personal and electronic/remoted) is required. 
  • While decision-making discretion is vital, we expect you to be able to support your choices with arguments. Flexibility and openness to new ideas is encouraged.
