Louis Lehot and L2 Counsel represent private companies, financial sponsors, venture capitalists, investors, and investment banks in forming, financing, governing, buying, and selling companies.

Right now Louis is looking for a person, who will take full responsibility for managing all his social media accounts - from LinkedIn to Twitter. We are looking for a person who is not afraid to take on several tasks at the same time and is ready to help Louis increase his brand awareness among potential customers. What will you do?

- Create content for social media channels of Louis Lehot as a professional and those of his company: social networks including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook. 

  • All these channels are important: one of the main ones is Instagram, so the aim is to grow the number of subscribers (now it has around 200 followers). Here, a lot of effort needs to be put in and we need your understanding of how to grow accounts. 

  • Twitter is also quite important for the company, as it is a social network popular among investors. 

  • In addition, LinkedIn is one of the most important networks for promoting lawyers, so it should be emphasized during development. 

  • The least used channel is Facebook, but it also needs to be developed. 

It is necessary that the content on these networks is posted regularly - Louis will tell you where to get the materials for the content generation. The texts will be checked by Louis himself, as he understands that you are not a native speaker, but it is desirable that you are able to use tools such as Grammarly for self-checking.

- Create slides for the promotion events: Louis might need your help with creating engaging content for the upcoming events of his.

- Help with the monthly newsletter: Right now, Louis has a person who writes the newsletter materials, but there is a potential that you will have to take it on yourself and do the newsletter via Hubspot CRM yourself.

- Other possible tasks that will take much less working time:

  • Personal errands: for example, book vacation tickets, make a list of something, go to Crunchbase and find investors for a company, etc.

  • Excellent written & spoken English skills - you'll write all the content in English, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and you need to be able to match the needed brand voice/tone, and for sure we don't want to hear or see any mistakes.

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

  • Good design & layout skills as the visual part of the content is very important to Louis.

  • Previous experience in managing social media accounts - we will ask for your portfolio.

  • Stress tolerance & ability to work with different people - you will be glad to answer the questions of the supervisor even if you have already answered them before. 

  • Self-reliance and the ability to make decisions on your own. 

  • Proactiveness and strong willingness to help Louis to manage his social media channels - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor.

  • Organizational skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste. 

  • Ability to adjust to PST time-zone - that means you will work from 15:00 till 23:00 (Moscow time). Louis likes to communicate so you'll talk to him several times a day. Since he has a non-permanent schedule, he can text you at night, but you do not have to answer immediately, only during your working hours. 

Not necessary but will be a big plus

  • A lot of interest in tech companies/startups, Silicon Valley, and the way companies operate there.

  • Experience in using the Hubspot CRM system.

  • Knowledge or experience in setting up targeted advertising.


  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. 

  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with Louis.
