Denti.AI develops cloud-based artificial intelligence that interprets dental images by specially developed machine learning algorithms. Dentists are provided with augmented support in identifying reported 20-40% of the number of typically undiagnosed conditions.

Early detection and dentist-directed unbiased diagnosis lead to higher treatment acceptance and revenue, enhanced outcomes, and health. Visualization of an objective "second opinion" helps build trust with patients.

The company was founded in 2017 by Dmitry Tuzoff - an experienced entrepreneur who co-founded three fast-growing companies with over $15M revenue, and worked as Country Director for Huawei Software, managed hundreds of engineers, closed sales deals sized in millions of dollars. Right now, Dmitry needs YOU to help him run the daily operations in the Denti.AI, so he's looking for a highly self-organized, proactive, and self-reliant person, who's ready to pick up all the tasks.

What will you do?

1. Manage Dmitry's Email - you will need to sort out the mail, prioritize important tasks (what needs to be done & when) so that you can then discuss it with Dmitry and decide what he needs to do first.

2. Maintain a list of contacts, update statuses on them, track & coordinate all the processes, and remind Dmitry about them so he does not forget to do everything.

3. Work with the HubSpot CRM system - to ensure all the sales processes are reflected in the CRM system so that the VP of Sales could find all the needed information there. Also, you’ll need to track the reporting, so that Dmitry does not have to ask the VP of Sales but could get to know everything needed from you.

4. Build Playbooks - if there are any repetitive tasks, you will need to document them for the team and update all the existing information in Notion. This may include information on accounting and other back-office processes. For example, you may be asked to update checklists or annual reporting forms so that anyone can open and understand what to do.

5. Operational tasks - other smaller tasks like helping with salary payments, building reports, etc.

6. Recruiting & onboarding new employees - now, this is not the most urgent task to pick up, since these processes are handled by the company’s CTO, however, there is a possibility that you'll handle the tasks in the future.

7. Involve the existing team in the company’s processes (for example, organize meetings and coordinate them).

8. Draft investor updates - text investors via email, etc. To do this, you need to take information from Dmitry or his colleagues and compose those news emails. 

9. Send & manage invoices, conduct payments. 

10. Do research - it is necessary to make primary research for any task and be able to understand what is the common way to do it and what is not relevant before starting or asking any questions.

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only graduated students. 

  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the team.
