Aluna Health has over 15 years of accumulated technology expertise in digital health and data management. The company offers data structuring, clinical decision support, and quality measures services to help leading healthcare institutions fight the world’s deadliest diseases.

The company addresses the fundamental inefficiencies in oncology care, including lack of knowledge on latest scientific evidence, disparity of clinical, research, and patient data, and patient insufficient support. Aluna's mission is to improve the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of severe diseases through the automation of clinical knowledge management.

Now the company is looking for an Executive Assistant, who will help the top-managers of the company to organize business processes.

Alex Tsatsulin & Gregory Brodski are looking for a person who is interested in medicine and data management and is ready to immerse themselves in this topic. Besides, they're ready to teach you everything that they know themselves. Sounds like a dream job to you?  Submit your application right now!

What will you do?

  • Carefully monitor what is happening in the company: you'll need to track all the upcoming events and monitor onboard logs.

  • Do the minutes of the company’s meetings.

  • Always remind the C-level staff about the events in their to-do lists: what needs to be done, which events are to be attended, and which are postponed, etc.

  • Provide information support: conduct research on given topics (do competitor/customer analysis, compile company profiles), and compile references.

  • Keep an eye on the completion of processes: for example, you will need to check whether the onboarding process is automated, whether minutes after meetings are displayed in Salesforce, whether action points are recorded, etc. These actions are performed using various software (Jira, Salesforce, ClickUp, etc.).

  • Help Alex in the delegation of tasks within the team - the main goal here is to help the team organize everything to reduce the number of live conversations with the CEO.

  • Provide sales support: you'll be sending emails and establishing communication with clients, contacting them, and finding out what the person thinks about the company's product, etc.

  • Help with other ad-hoc tasks that appear.
