Cattle Care helps farm owners by providing daily reports about all the deviations happening in the milking facility. Its game-changing technologies help conduct round-the-clock video monitoring of cattle using commercial equipment and track behavioral signatures for each cow in the herd using computer vision algorithms. Moreover, it helps to understand whether cows are sick or not so that you can react on time and prevent bacteria from spreading into the milk. You probably haven't thought about it but this technology helps not only farmers and their cows to be happier & healthier (!), but also us as customers - so we buy the best milk from the best producers, without fear that we may get infected with something.

Computer vision and machine learning open up the almost unlimited potential of opportunities in optimizing all dairy farm processes. What will you do? 

  • Organizing the process of communication with clients (farmers) who actively use the Cattle Care product via email - you will be organizing meetings with the clients, setting the most convenient times for calls, creating and sending the invites to the Zoom calls, reminding them about the upcoming calls, writing follow up emails. 

  • Assisting during the Zoom calls with the clients. Often the calls last until 1 am (Moscow time) - your ability to work during the late hours is very important.

  • Transcribing the calls - taking notes of everything discussed on the calls: important requirements, valuable information, action points, etc. Proficiency in English is a must for this role - the farmers could have a bad internet connection, no video, you could be missing some words from the conversation, but it is important to quickly (and accurately!) type everything you hear. 

  • Filling out reports and writing action points in both English and Russian and uploading them to different systems - the action points are the key to improving the whole company’s work, keeping track of flaws. 

  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

Требования

  • Proficiency in English, especially in listening - you'll communicate with native speakers, sometimes the client will have a bad Internet connection or no ability to connect with a camera, some of the words will be missing from the context. Apart from the notes taken during the calls, you will be writing lots of emails, so good business correspondence is a must. Thus, we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level, and you need to be able to match the needed brand voice/tone, make small talk, and for sure we don't want to see or hear any mistakes. 
  • An interest and desire to develop in the Customer Success field - this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in that field. 

  • Be a quick and eager learner - it's impossible to know everything, we get it, but we want you to be ready to dive into processes you have never faced before, and be thriving to learn A LOT from experienced people.

  • Self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. 

  • Flexibility - you are required to work 20 hours a week - on some days your assistance will only be needed for 30 minutes scheduling the calls and answering the emails, on others, there will be a lot to do, so it can take several hours in a row. We need you to be fine with such uncertainty.

  • Organizing skills and attention to detail: 1) you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste, 2) you love organizing things, so you will be happy administering the processes - scheduling calls, finding time slots, sending Zoom links, etc., 3) you double-check everything and always avoid mistakes. 

  • Ability to adjust to PST time zone - that means we expect you to work between 7 pm and 1 am (Moscow time) - we do not consider candidates who have studies/work in the mornings, you might think that you will be fine combining those, but we’ve had such previous experience and are sure it is not a sustainable way of doing things. So, we will consider only the candidates who like working late and do not have to wake up early the next day. 

Not required but will be a big plus: 

  • Interest in the dairy market - if you have an understanding or want to expand your knowledge in that field, it will be much easier for you to onboard quickly and not only help with the tasks mentioned above but also start being “a bridge” between the US and Moscow teams, communicating the action points you discussed with the clients and helping to improve the work of the company.

  • Part-time employment (flexible hours, 20 hours per week). Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

  • Approximate working hours: 19:00 - 01:00 (Moscow time).

  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the team.

  • Stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment.
