What will you do? 

Primary tasks: 

  • Helping with adapting the content for social media channels - creating and writing articles for LinkedIn page and other social media to bring people to the website. 

  • Monitoring the engagement of emails - tracking how many people opened the email, went on the website, who wants to schedule a call with Abdi. 

  • Creating and scheduling outreach campaigns via HubSpot - executing client acquisition and student engagement campaigns across the set lifecycles via email. 

  • Conducting lots of research - defining precise audience lists/user segments. 

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying workflow automation - setting up and reporting out on multivariate tests to improve our results. 

  • Collaborating with Senior Marketing Managers and assisting them to inform the vision, strategy, systems, and processes to continuously improve the marketing operation - keeping an eye on important metrics and trends. 

Additional tasks: 

  • If you are invited to join the AltaClaro team and you work out well with the primary tasks, the CEO will most probably be happy to provide you with more responsibilities like designing the email or a social media post. The team has a designer internally already, but sometimes that person may be busy, so it’s good to have someone who can be a bit creative, too.

Not necessary but will be a big plus:

  • Experience working with MailChimp and HubSpot.

  • Communication skills - you are sharp and know how to effectively communicate with the whole team. 

  • Ability to adjust to the EST time zone - which means we expect you to work from (16:00 to 24:00 Moscow time).
