What will you do? 

  • Searching for top suitable candidates for the team on LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.

  • Filtering candidates based on their background and experiences.

  • Creating and sending outreach messages to candidates - you would have to write to hundreds of candidates on LinkedIn. 

  • Creating job descriptions and posting them on different social media platforms.

  • Conducting screening interviews for Tech Developer position and possibly senior staff (CMO, CFO, CTO, etc.).

  • Testing new channels to find candidates. 

  • Hunting from top companies like Facebook and Google.

  • Automating recruiting processes.

  • Excellent written English skills - you'll communicate with native English speakers when appointing interviews, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we don't want to see any mistakes. 
  • You are an experienced LinkedIn user - one of the main channels for sourcing candidates will be LinkedIn, we need you to know how to work with it. 
  • Proactivity - you know you need to hunt, not wait and you know how to do it, you are able to see ways of improving the business. 
  • Self-reliance - you only need a KPI and you can create your own tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about spelling/spacings/colors/texts/fonts/labels, proofreads, and checks for mistakes of others.
  • Very strong communication skills - you can find an approach to even the most difficult person. 
  • Organizing skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste. 

Not necessary but will be a great plus: 

  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Interest in psychology, recruitment, and HR. 
  • You've read the book "Who: The A Method For Hiring".


What we offer: 

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates.
