What will you do: 

  • Creating and producing content - the company will expect you to write thought-provoking article content every week. You can find an example of article here.

  • Supporting and interacting with the customers - you will need to effectively solve customer problems and inquiries through the Remo Revolution Community.

  • Working with documentation - you will be required to recognize errors and draft improvements in content for both customers’ external documents, and any internal documentation. Identifying, documenting, and keeping up to date with both internal and external documentation when it comes to new product/ feature releases.

  • Developing customer experience - you will be working with members of the team to develop a user-friendly, and seamless customer experience for all customers' processes from pre-purchase through to post-purchase.

  • Other possible tasks requested by your supervising manager.

  • Organizational skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste. 

  • Strong willingness & ability to learn.

  • Very strong communication skills - you can find an approach to even the most difficult person, you are not afraid to ask questions and express your opinion. 

  • Analytical skills - you can accurately track and interpret relevant data and metrics. 

  • Be flexible with the working hours - the team members are located in the Philippines and North America, you need to adjust your schedule to have overlapping hours with the team. 

Not necessary but will be a plus: 

  • Experience working in digital or growth marketing.

  • Experience with tech product development.

  • Ability to use product adoption software such as Userpilot, etc.

  • Experience hosting and executing virtual events in Zoom, MS Teams, etc.

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. And we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
