Cube Dev is a computer software Silicon Valley startup that specializes in the fields of open source, analytics, databases, and developer tools. One of the company’s products is Cube.js which is a developer framework for building analytics applications. It provides a complete backend API platform over the raw data while giving full customization and flexibility on the frontend. It is optimized for speed and scalability. Today, the platform is used by 70,000 programmers around the world, and monetization launched in the summer of this year can bring at least $1 million in revenue to the creators for the first year of operation.

Artyom Keydunov - the co-founder and the CEO of Cube Dev was born and raised in Sochi. He was in his Master’s studying International Law when he decided to change his educational path to be an IT specialist and began to study programming languages on his own. He started working as a developer and created Statsbot which became the analog of Slack. In 2020 the estimated turnover of the startup was $500 000. In 2019, Artyom and Pavel Tiunov used the Statsbot code as the core to develop Cube.js.

Now, Artyom is looking for a Business Assistant who will take on some administrative and important research tasks. If you are interested in the technology world and want to expand your knowledge and enhance your organizing skills in practice, apply now! 

What will you do? 

  • Managing Artyom’s calendar - scheduling and rescheduling meetings, making sure none of them overlap, prioritize them. 

  • Managing Artyom’s time - we all know how time-consuming trying to reach someone over the phone can be sometimes. Artyom would like to delegate such tasks to his Assistant. 

  • Conducting research and collecting data on topics provided by Artyom (company’s competitors, new technologies).

  • Helping with travel arrangements - looking for hotels/apartments according to the specified parameters and looking for appropriate flights, airports, tickets, help rescheduling flights if needed. 

  • Handling the logistics for the office of Cube Dev - you will have to find and buy the needed products, organize the delivery, make sure that one of the teammates can be present in the office to accept it. 

  • Verifying the accuracy of the information provided by your colleagues - for example, double-checking the incoming number of applicants for a position at the company.

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. We will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
