IT company PeerBoard brings everything the client needs to build a truly branded online community, connect with customers, and grow without a single tech headache. This is a modern community platform designed to live as an organic part of the client’s existing website or product to easily create an engaging discussion space wherever the users already are.

PeerBoard is based in Silicon Valley and grows super fast. Now, the company's CEO, Mikhail Larionov, is looking for a talented Junior Content & Community Manager to help PeerBoard build their own community with their platform users and attract new audience, distribute content to the PeerBoard platform, interact with the community members. Sounds like something you will be interested in? Then apply now!

What will you do?

  • Creating content for the PeerBoard platform - you will have to write 1-2 posts weekly (you can get acquainted with the company’s style here, but the team is open to new ideas and flows).

  • Engaging the audience - you will be covering the company’s events, activities and crowdsourcing interesting topics.

  • Communicating with the audience - you will be asking questions and helping the community members, collecting feedback and discussing new ideas with the stakeholders of PeerBoard.

  • Reaching out to potential partners - you will be communicating with Community Managers of other companies trying to get them interested in the PeerBoard platform or inviting guests to collaborate with. For example, you may find a Community builder and interview him to find out important information: How does he build their community? What tools and platforms does he use? What problems does he face?

  • Creating webinars for the company’s community members on how to use the product or discussing other interesting topics.
