The founder of Grintern, Anastasia Sartan, is a data scientist, serial female entrepreneur, and a very inspiring person. She lives in California and knows all the needs of the startups better than anyone - she has founded not only the amazing career platform which you are browsing right now (yes-yes, grintern.ru) but also two more successful startups: StyleHacks - the Google and Founders Fund-backed startup, leveraging AI, and voice commerce to create a personalized shopping experience; and one of the first largest fashion e-commerce company in Russia, funded by European investors and with an acquisition offer from Asos.com in 2013.


Now, Grintern Graduate is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be responsible for providing high-quality content and attracting new clients.

What will you do?

  • Developing the B2B strategy - you will need to find and develop common ground with potential clients. So you will be coming up with hypotheses, suggesting ideas, and justifying your strategies. 

  • Creating content plans & conducting research - you’ll need to see the perspective and find ways of boosting brand awareness, finding new areas of content placement. 

  • Searching for conferences, various channels, and events where we can promote Grintern. 

  • Managing Grintern’s social media (FacebookLinkedInInstagram) - you will be producing and distributing content, approximately 2-3 posts per week. You will communicate with our partners and influencers to organize crossposting, develop the outreach, set up target marketing for American and European audiences. 
  • Getting involved in all company’s processes - you will have to get acquainted with the way Grintern works to interest the audience in what Grintern does.

  • Fluent written English - you will be presenting Grintern on social media and communicating with native English speakers, you should be able to catch their tone of voice (and for sure with no grammar/spelling/typing mistakes).

  • Excellent writing skills - you will be creating content and writing image descriptions for social media. We can provide you with some information and tips but you should be able to write the eye-catchy texts on your own. 

  • Understanding of digital marketing and its tools - we will need your expertise to lead and promote Grintern. 

  • Expertise in B2B - you will be responsible for the branding process attracting new clients. 

  • Be initiative & autonomous - we haven’t had a Marketing Specialist in our team before, there is plenty of room for your ideas and we will support them. 

  • Strategic thinking & analytical skills - right now we have plenty of information for you to digest to create content, we want you to focus on the strategy and grow Grintern’s brand awareness. 

  • Interest & understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, our target audience. 

  • Self-reliance & focus on results: you can independently organize your own work, set goals, and achieve results. There will be no guidance and micro-management, you need to feel confident working on your own.

  • Organizing skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.


Not necessary but will be a plus: 

  • Experience in targeting.

What we offer: 

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only people with 1+ years of experience. And we will not consider candidates who plan to combine several jobs. 

  • An opportunity to grow and learn with Grintern and build a marketing department in the future. 

  • Remote work & flexible hours. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to have a couple of overlapping hours, connect for some business and stand-up calls with the team. 

  • Stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment.
