They’re turning the process of construction into a video game, capturing the process with drones, and calculating the outcome. To achieve the goal, the team has built an enterprise software platform powered by drone data to enable developers and contractors to make better decisions in the field.

What will you do:

  • Your main day to day task will be managing the clients’ documentation: 

  1. After you receive the documents from the clients, you will communicate with them to make sure they have sent the necessary set of documents, signed the papers. 

  2. You will need to fill in the information about the company for the vendor forms, agreements.

  3. You will be sorting out the insurance forms - some of the clients have specific requirements, you might need to communicate with insurance companies in the US.

  4. Keeping the documentation flow on G Drive organized and up to date.

  5. Helping with the onboarding of the new team members - filling in their contact and personal information and signing the contracts. 

You will also be responsible for: 

  • Managing capital expenditures - you will need to order deliveries to the offices and merchandise, computer deliveries for new staff members. 

  • Managing travel arrangements - you will be booking hotels for the whole company when they will go on a retreat, for example. 

  • Conducting research on various topics per request - right now TraceAir is choosing between Zoom and some other platform for communication. Your task will be to analyze competitors, communicate with users to collect feedback to find the best option. 

  • Helping the Process Optimization Manager with other tasks per request.

  • Ability to adjust to the PST time-zone - that means you need to be available from 16:00 to midnight (Moscow time) to communicate with the Head of Sales and Process Optimization Manager. It’s necessary to be flexible, you sometimes will recieve tasks at 6 or 9 PM (Moscow time).
