What will you do? 

Serena is looking for two part-time assistants:

1. As a Career Coach, Serena gets a lot of clients, so you will be: 

  • Managing Serena’s email, reaching out to potential clients, and scheduling up to 15 calls a week.

  • Shadowing Serena on the calls - this means that you will be present on the calls and taking notes, providing a summary afterward. 

  • Working with the documentation flow - you will be organizing and distributing the documents to the right folders and keeping the flow in order. 

  • Helping with writing email templates. 

Working hours: 

For this position the working hours will be fixed, Serena usually schedules her calls sometime between 7 AM and 7 PM (PST) - that means you will have to work after 6 PM (Moscow time)

2. To assist Serena with her recruitment business, you will be: 

  • Managing Serena’s working email - you’ll be communicating with candidates. 

  • Monitoring candidates’ pipeline.

  • Sourcing and reaching out to the candidates.

  • Scheduling interviews, and potentially conducting initial phone calls. 

Working hours: 

The hours will be flexible, you just need to adjust your schedule to have some overlapping hours with Serena to discuss your progress.

  • You like automating processes and making the tasks less time-consuming and more efficient. 

  • Strong self-reliance and the ability to make decisions on your own.

  • Proactiveness - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor.

  • Organizational skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste. 

Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail and the one who checks for the mistakes of others.

Not necessary but will be a plus: 

  • You are a writer.

What we offer:

  • Part-time (4 hours per day, 5/2) employment with a switch to full-time employment (8 hours per day, 5/2) in the nearest future. For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates and we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs. 
  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule.
