What will you do? 

Neil is looking for someone, who can combine two roles: sourcer and recruiter. 

1. As a sourcer you will be: 

  • gathering information about software engineers;
  • searching for their contact information;
  • analyzing and presenting it;
  • uploading information to various systems;
  • creating and sending outreach emails. 

2. As a recruiter you will be: 

  • formatting CVs;

  • conducting primarily CV screening;

  • video interviewing candidates.

Your primary tasks will be administrative but there could also be other potential tasks, depending on how much responsibility and initiative you are willing to take. 

Working hours: 

You should be able to adjust to the Australian time zone. That means that you should be able to work from 6 AM (Moscow time). So, if you live somewhere in the Russian Far East or if you are a morning person - that is your moment to shine!

  • Excellent written English skills - you'll communicate with native English speakers when appointing interviews, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we don't want to see any mistakes.

  • Perseverance - you can read & analyze information for 3+ hours straight. 

  • Proactiveness and strong willingness to help the company grow - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor.

  • Autonomy and self-reliance - you will work a lot on your own, so you should be able to focus on tasks and not waste valuable time procrastinating.

What we offer: 

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2) if you are able to combine the positions of researcher and recruiter. For this position, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. Will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs. 

  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the CEO. 

  • Stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment.

  • Quick selection process.
