Project 1.

• International Internet-project –the development of own brand of children's toys among the US and Russian markets, production is in Asia. https://smartkids.toys/

• A unique product - each toy is accompanied by content about the characters of the toy, that’s available by QR code on the box: audio fairy tales, real facts, quizzes, games with sounds of various animals, coloring pages, DIY, educational videos, etc.

Project Stage 1:

• We have started sales in Russia. As for now, we are expanding our marketing channels https://www.wildberries.ru/brands/smart-kids-toys and we are developing social networks

• In the United States, we have prepared technology platforms (the site is on, there is a stock with goods). We plan to launch global sales in early 2023, as soon as we confirm the success of the project in Russia.

Project 2. 

There is also an online store of a major American brand, now it is operating in the US market. In the near future, we will launch sales all over the world. On sale: branded clothes and lifestyle goods.

Functionality:

• Responsibility for operations in working e-commerce: Technical and client support. Establishment of restocking flow (search for right suppliers, negotiations, checking quality)

• Completion of technical tasks (working with zero-coding platforms – you google the question, watch videos with instructions and repeat the actions in our account); Regular technical improvement of UX (user experience) for our application https://smartkidstoys.ru/page/start and websites like www.smartkids.toys; Making new integrations, for example zero-coding technical integration of new fulfillment in Europe or Instagram/FB/Google analytics set up

• Analysis for different technical, marketing and legal solutions. For example: - Do we need GTIN numbers to sell branded clothes on Amazon?; What chatbot solution should be chosen for our business?; How to promote our product in the USA? What were the strategies of successful toy brands?

• Responsibility for Business development - Marketing & Sales: Working with current sales channels (US – website, Amazon, Instagram: Russia – Wildberries, VK, website); Search and testing of new marketing and sales channels (PR, bloggers, Yandex Direct, etc.); Deep marketing and sales analytics. Market research for competitor’s strategies
