JOB MISSION

Provide ongoing support for current and potential clients via website and Social Media, collect and analyze customer feedback and competition to represent  the “voice of the customer” for the team

Responsibilities:

·  Manage current user requests and feedback and provide the team with the insights on regular basis;

·  Work on process improvement, including the transition to automated ticketing system;

·  Manage potential content and business collaborations;

·  Measure client satisfaction rates via conducting interviews, launching surveys etc;

·  Partner with the Operations team to resolve any processing and data issues.

·  Upper-Intermediate|Fluent English;

·  Experienced Excel user;
