What will you do?
- Resolve customer issues (B2B, texting);
- Dive into customers cases and help them with the product customization;
- Collaborate with the Tech Team;
- Fill the knowledge base.

- You are proactive person and passionate about good Customer Service;
- You are creative, enthusiastic and easy-learning.
- You are fluent in English and Russian;
- You are familiar with Intercom, forums, knowledge base and task trackers (as a plus);

- You are able to build long-term relationships with clients and make them happy even in toughest times :)
