Вакансия Investment Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
● Deals sourcing: managing and filling TGF’s deal flow pipeline. Building relationships on behalf of TGF in the game developers communities, scouting for new investment opportunities. Meet entrepreneurs, assess company pitches, and conduct commercial due diligence (e.g., interview founders, reference check, assess market opportunities, competitors, unique advantages and risks, etc.)
● Investment themes & market research: drive proactive research and analysis focused on the gaming market to anticipate and understand emerging trends: new games releases and performance, genres and market dynamics, investments and acquisitions, competitors, collaborations, etc.
● Deal execution: alongside our legal team, manage the process of closing a deal, including submitting a term sheet, legal due diligence, long-form document completion;
● Portfolio management: support TGF portfolio management initiatives such as KPI and business plan tracking, fundraising support, strategic support.

Skills and Requirements:
● Passion for games and the video games industry. Be prepared to discuss your favorite games and achievements!
● At least a year of experience at VC funds (preferable), investment banks, Big-4 or consulting firms;
● Excellent presentation and research skills - preparing presentations for the investment committee and defending the investment thesis;
● Strategic mindset with analytical thinking as well as great attention to detail;
● Strong communication and relationship building skills.
● Autonomous working style, pro-active and well-organized.
● Fluent English (spoken and written);
● Candidates will be asked to submit a presentation with analysis of the recent investment deal in the gaming industry.
