What you will do:
Our growth strategy is to organize gaming events within multiple tech communities around the world to invite their members to our global platform. My goal is to work with 20-30 communities this year, so organizing each community would take some time. The first community we're starting with is , and then we'll move on to global English-speaking tech communities. You will:
- Organize the gaming calendar for each community and host weekly gaming events
- Work with each community admin to promote our events within the group
- Promote Playwrk in these communities
- Work on other growth initiatives (e.g. Product Hunt launch, Twitter growth, Viral Loops, SEO, Paid Marketing)
So I'm looking for someone, who would take the operations, while I'll be reaching out to new communities.

When I was a teenager, I always loved to play video games. However, once I started working, gaming became something that was "wasting my time". It turned out I was not alone. So I decided to give gaming a purpose other than "having fun", which is networking.
At Playwrk, we believe that video games are the best networking environment because they're fun, easily accessible, and globally scalable. It is also a place where people overcome obstacles and challenges together, which is the basis of great friendships 🎮

About you:
I'm looking for a student or fresh grad, who is passionate about gaming, and willing to learn more about Product Management, as well as the global startup ecosystem, and how startups are built (spoiler: through pain and grind 🤕)
I don’t give a shit about how many years of experience you have. If you are:
- a great guy/girl
- passionate about gaming - you've been an avid gamer before and you know what Discord is 😀
- have an advanced English (B2-C1 at least)
Then you might be a fit. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, and Google Suite is an advantage
