Вакансия Personal Assistant to CEO, Spiritual Retreats Company в Москве
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage locations for retreats in Ibiza, Bali, Dubai and other regions;
- Organize and coordinate all specialists and personnel involved in the retreats;
- Address and resolve issues that arise during events;
- Prepare and pitch project presentations to suppliers, specialists, and other stakeholders;
- Explore new locations and opportunities for future retreats;
- Track and manage project spending, implementing it into a comprehensive business plan;
- Control transactions and oversee the money flow for each project;
- Welcome and engage with new customers, converting sales conversations into bookings;
- Manage the project SMM incl. content plan fulfillment and regular posting;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and seamless experience;
- Work proactively to help structure the founder's day, set targets, and prioritize tasks;
- Around 20-30% personal tasks.

Role Overview:
The PA will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our luxury retreats. This position requires a highly reliable individual with exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating travel and events and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Требования
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as an assistant or project manager;
- Advanced English proficiency with excellent spoken communication skills;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Experience in budgeting and financial processes;
- Any experience in international management, tourism, or organizing travel events is highly desirable;
Soft skills:
- A perfectionist with a structured mindset and proactive approach and positive attitude;
- You work proactively and can describe yourself as a good problem-solver;
- You are ready for min 8 hours per day work and full availability during work hours, providing reliable and efficient support to CEO.

Application process:
- If your experience and motivation align with our needs, we will provide a small test case that should take no more than 2 hours to complete;
- Upon successful completion of the task, you will be invited to a video interview with the CEO;
- If both parties agree to proceed, you will be offered a paid trial period of 1-2 weeks with part-time hours, after which a full-time position may be offered.
