Job to do:
- [25% of the time] Lead, manage and develop the project under investors’ supervision. Independently solve problems. Don’t get bored with routine.
- [25-50% of the time] Conduct negotiations with international partners worldwide both personally and over the Skype/phone. Sales skills and positive attitude are a must.
- [25% of the time] Launch a new vertical in less than 60 days. Own the project.
- Make decisions and specific recommendations on platform growth (10X growth goal).
- Bear full accountability for workflow with partners, starting from proactive search and ending up with dealing with small details and pushing other functions for the best client service.
A global crypto project with proven business model and $1+M in revenue is seeking for a young ambitious candidate, willing to develop the new platform in the thrilling startup atmosphere. The position is a mix of CEO and Head of Business Development.

- Fluent oral and written English (Advanced level)
- Sales-minded personality. Loves to convince people.
- Result-oriented communicator. Not afraid to overcome barriers, talk to external top managers – crucial for negotiations.

- University degree or last year of studies
- Motivated to work long hours under stress
